Workshop Specialist / Workshop Assistant (m/f/d)
We are a family-owned company headquartered in Hagen, Westphalia, and employ more than 155 people. As one of Germany’s leading rental companies for aerial work platforms, bridge inspection equipment, telescopic handlers, and forklifts, we rent out over 1,700 aerial work platforms and vehicles, primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our business has expanded steadily in recent years and continues to grow. That’s why we’re looking for a qualified and motivated colleague.
Your responsibilities:
- Maintain, refuel, load, clean, and prepare machinery for operation
- Assistance with maintenance and minor repairs
- Ensure order in the workshop and on the company premises
- Loading and unloading machines and equipment
- Documentation of pickups and returns, including damage reports, via tablet
- Actively Improving Our Processes with Our Own Ideas
Your Profile:
- Manual dexterity or the motivation to learn it
- A reliable, meticulous, and independent work style
- Team spirit, motivation, and strong communication skills
- Experience with machinery is a plus, but not required
- Class B driver's license (BE/CE preferred)
