As an Office Management Clerk trainee at Cramer Arbeitsbühnen, you’ll support our rental department by handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders. In the process, you’ll gain familiarity with all key business processes and serve as the point of contact for our customers in an exciting and diverse industry.

Are you a natural at organizing and well-versed in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word ? With your friendly and helpful nature, do you always fit in well with the team?

We rent out aerial work platforms, forklifts, and other equipment nationwide and are looking for someone to support our rental department. You’ll be responsible for processing customer inquiries and managing customer relations in a very exciting industry.

Job Responsibilities:
  •       Receiving and processing customer inquiries regarding aerial work platforms, forklifts, telescopic forklifts, and cranes
  • Support for Existing Customers
  • Telephone-based acquisition of new customers and reactivation of former customers
  • Customer consultation, preparing quotes, and following up on quotes
  • Processing Orders and Creating Work Orders
  • Participation in Projects
What qualifications should you have?
  •       Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently, great attention to detail, flexibility, and organizational skills
  • A strong focus on customer service and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • A strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and the ability to work well with others
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Proficiency in using standard MS Office programs
