Apprenticeships at Cramer

For us, training young people is an investment in the future. As a family-run business, we want to not only provide our young employees with professional training, but also support them in discovering and developing their personal strengths.

From the very beginning, our trainees are actively involved in day-to-day work and take on responsibilities. They are supported by experienced trainers and colleagues who share their knowledge and guide them on their career path.

Our goal is to help young people get off to a successful start in their careers and to offer them long-term prospects.

  • IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)
  • IT Specialist for Application Development (m/f/d)

A Look at Our Training Program

Start of the 2024 Training Program

In 2024, we were pleased to welcome Dilan and Hubert to our team.

Dilan began her apprenticeship as an office management assistant, and Hubert began his apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration.

With the start of their training, both of them embarked on a new and exciting chapter in their lives. We wish them all the best and much success in their future careers.

A Successful Start to Vocational School

The training program includes not only hands-on work at the company but also classes at the vocational school.

To kick off the new school year, trainers Anne and Marius surprised our trainees with school gift bags they had designed themselves.

With this small gesture, we wanted to help our trainees get off to a great start in the next phase of their training and show them that they can count on the support of the entire team.

Outstanding Training Company

In July 2025, we were officially recognized as a training company by the SIHK in Hagen.

This award confirms our commitment to educating young people and our dedication to combining hands-on learning opportunities with personalized support.

At the same time, we celebrated another milestone: Maxim began his apprenticeship as an IT specialist in application development, while Dilan successfully started her second year of training.
