As one of Germany’s leading rental companies for work platforms, bridge inspection equipment, telescopic handlers, and forklifts, we rent out just under 1.700 aerial work platforms and vehicles— mainly in North Rhine-Westphalia. Our workshop team needs your help.
The scope of responsibilities includes:

Manage Incoming Goods: Receive , physically storing them, and post the goods receipts in the ERP system, as well as assign relocate relocate.

Perform an inventory check: Maintain and monitor inventory levels; check storage locations. Conduct partial inventories regularly and independently.

Manage Outbound Shipping: Select replacement parts according to the technicians’ instructions, pick and hand them over, or prepare them for delivery to our branch , and pack, load, and ship the ordered goods. The goods issue is posted in the ERP system.

Place Orders: Check inventory and place reorders place new orders by the purchasing department prepare.

Optimizing Ordering Processes: Review the internal flow of information and materials
What qualifications should you have?

Experience in spare parts storage and dispensing in automotive, commercial vehicle, or construction equipment repair shops

Differences Between Joysticks and Startersand and hydraulic pumpsn Recognize

thorough, careful, and independent work

Willingness to attend training sessions at our suppliers' facilities or at the manufacturers' facilities where our machines are produced

Experience with Postings in ERP Systems

A stable, long-term permanent position with on-time pay

We will transfer an advance payment of €1,500 to our employees by the 28th of the month. Payroll processing will take place within the first week of the following month.
