Merlo TSR 2460 – High-Performance Rotating Telescopic Forklift
The Merlo TSR 2460 is a robust rotary telescopic forklift with a rotating upper structure, ideal for construction sites, industrial applications, and warehouse construction. It lifts loads of up to 4,600 kg to a maximum lift height of 24 m and achieves a lateral reach of 19 m. With all-wheel drive, a weight of 17 , 500 kg, a width of 2.50 m (5.20 m in the working position), a length of 8.50 m, and a height of 3.30 m, it can handle even the most challenging terrain.
The convenient front-mounted winch and versatile attachment options, such as buckets or vacuum lifters, make the TSR 2460 efficient, flexible, and capable of handling rough terrain —the perfect machine for heavy-duty lifting and transport tasks.
Compatible attachments: SW 4-ton Merlo winch, SW 5-ton Merlo winch, SW 6-ton Merlo winch, AK Merlo 800 kg work basket. Telescopic forklifts—sometimes alsocalled telescopic loaders ortelescopic machines—are frequently used onconstruction sites andcan even beoperatedonpublic roadswith a Class L driver’s license. A wide variety of attachments ensureversatile applicationsin lifting and material handling. Rotating telescopic forklifts areparticularly efficient because they can pick up and unload loads over short distances without necessarily having to be repositioned multiple times. Especially on uneven terrain, theseall-terrain telescopic machinesare ideal for conveniently transporting heavy loads from point A to point B. Compared to using a crane to lift loads, the reduced training requirements for telescopic forklift operators are another major advantage! The course to obtain a certification to operate a crane lasts 5 days. The course for rigid telescopic handlers, however, takes only 1–2 days, and the additional training for rotary telescopic handlers takes just one more day. This means you can train your staff to operate telescopic handlers with less time and at a lower cost than with a crane. By the way, our training center offers both courses.
