Annual Safety Training on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Employer Obligations
Every employer is legally required to provide training to their employees on occupational safety and health. This training must be provided at the start of employment, whenever there is a change in job duties, and whenever new work equipment is introduced. Thereafter, it must be conducted at regular intervals, at least once a year.
This annual safety training session focuses specifically on PPE for fall protection and rescue equipment, and provides practical knowledge as well as an understanding of the legal requirements:
-
General Principles of Occupational Safety and Health
-
Basics of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Respiratory Protection (RP) — Selection, Instructions for Use, Labeling, Intended Use, Visual and Functional Inspections
-
Types and Practical Applications of PSAgA/RA
-
Rescue Plan for Aerial Work Platforms
-
First Aid - Suspension Trauma, Alternative Shock Position
-
Practical Session—Hands-on exercises using the participants' own resources
This training ensures that your employees use fall protection equipment safely and correctly, thereby helping to prevent accidents.
