Indoor Crane Training
Safe Operation of Indoor Cranes
Through our overhead crane training course, your employees will earn the BG certification required to operate a floor-controlled overhead crane.
This certification is required by law under DGUV Regulation 52 and is intended for all individuals who wish to obtain authorization to operate indoor cranes.
This training applies to all floor-controlled cranes, including:
overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, system cranes, forklift cranes, Simi cranes, transfer cranes, cantilever cranes, angle trolley cranes, and monorails.

Indoor Crane Training
The overhead crane training course is divided into theoretical and practical instruction and typically lasts one day (from 8:00 a.m. to approximately 4:30 p.m.). Depending on the operators’ prior knowledge, a second day of training may be required. Our training instructor is a TÜV lecturer and examiner. Participants receive full meals when training is held at our facility.

This certificate of qualification is valid only within Germany. It does not have an expiration date.
Language of Instruction
The course is conducted in German by default, so a good command of spoken and written German is required. For groups of 8 participants, we also offer the training in Polish. Alternatively, for this group size, you can hire an interpreter to provide simultaneous interpretation into the language of your choice. It is important that the interpreter is familiar with translating specialized and technical terms used in the crane industry. The interpreter may not be a participant in the course at the same time. Training at our training center
With this option, your employees will come to our training center and receive both theoretical and practical instruction from our instructor.

Training at Your Company / on Your Construction Site
Upon request, we can also conduct the training—including both theory and hands-on practice—in-house at your company or directly at your construction site. We would be happy to provide you with information about the requirements.
