Training Dates

Unfortunately, there are currently no scheduled dates for this course. We'd be happy to schedule new dates based on your preferences.

Only persons who have been trained in the operation of aerial work platforms, instructed on the use of the machine, and authorized by their employer may operate them.

Our one-day IPAF operator training course is ideal for individuals who operate scissor lifts, telescopic boom lifts, truck-mounted aerial work platforms, or vertical personnel lifts with outriggers.

However, if your employees only operatePAVs (Push-Around Vertical Lifts) —for example, because you purchased such a lift—you can register them for our half-day IPAF PAV training course for indoor lifts without a drive system.

What is a PAV?

PAVs are push-around vertical lifts. These indoor lifts do not have a motorized drive and are manually pushed to the point of use. They cannot be moved from the platform, unlike, for example, our IL 3.5 Pecolift or IL 4.2 Ecolift.

Language of instruction:

The course is conducted in German by default; therefore, a good command of spoken and written German is absolutely required. If the group size is 6 participants, you may hire an interpreter to provide simultaneous interpretation into the language of your choice. It is important that the interpreter be familiar with the translation of specialized and technical terms used in the aerial work platform industry. The interpreter may not also be a participant in the course. If you have any further questions on this topic, please feel free to contact us at 02304 / 933 – 588 or by email atSchulung@cramer-arbeitsbuehnen.de.
