Refresher Course for IPAF License Holders
With our IPAF refresher course, your employees can quickly and easily renew their certification to operate aerial work platforms. The training is designed for anyone whose IPAF certificate is about to expire or who would like to refresh their knowledge.
This course provides practical training on the latest safety guidelines, operating tips, and hazard prevention when using scissor lifts, articulating telescopic boom lifts, and aerial work platforms. This will help ensure that your team continues to work safely and efficientlyat heights.
Upon successful completion, employees will receive their updated IPAF certificate, which is required by many companies and construction sites for the operation of aerial work platforms.
Training Dates
The IPAF refresher course is divided into a theoretical and a practical component, and includes an exam for each component. The course lasts approximately 6–7 hours, including breakfast, a coffee break, and beverages.

Prerequisites:
- The PAL card must not have expired.
- Refresher training may only be conducted in the categories that were covered during the initial training.
- A remedial course may consist exclusively of students who are repeating the course.
- Participants must provide evidence, in the form of approximately 60 logbook entries, that they have regularly worked with equipment from the categories covered in the training.
- We require a minimum of 6 participants.
Language of instruction:
The course is conducted in German by default, so a good command of spoken and written German is required. For groups of 6 participants, we also offer the training in Polish. Alternatively, for this group size, you can hire an interpreter to provide simultaneous interpretation into the language of your choice. It is important that the interpreter is familiar with translating specialized and technical terms used in the aerial work platform industry. Questionnaires for the theoretical exam are available in many languages. The interpreter may not be a participant in the course at the same time. Training at our training center
With this option, your employees will come to our training center and receive both theoretical and practical instruction from our instructor.
