As one of Germany’s leading rental companies for aerial work platforms, bridge inspection equipment, telescopic handlers, and forklifts, we rent out nearly 1,700 aerial work platforms and vehicles—primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia. About the role:

Your responsibilities:

• You’ll develop a new business unit in the rental sector from the ground up—the concept, structures, and processes will be largely shaped by you.
• You systematically analyze markets, target audiences, and competitors, and use this analysis to develop specific recommendations for action.
• You will develop a go-to-market strategy and oversee its implementation from planning through to market launch.
• You'll lead pilot projects—from planning and implementation to evaluation—and you'll quickly learn from what works (and what doesn't).
• You bring an outside perspective and a fresh viewpoint to a well-established team and constructively challenge the status quo.
• You will independently prepare decision-making documents and reports for senior management.

Your Profile:

• A completed bachelor’s degreein business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, or a related field—or a compelling alternative, such as a commercial or electrical engineering apprenticeship with professional experience in the commercial sector
• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a role with an entrepreneurial focus: product management, business development, strategy, or consulting.
• You combine analytical thinkingwith strong execution skills—you can interpret data and use it to make decisions, not just write reports.
• Personal responsibilityisn't just a buzzword for you: You roll up your sleeves, take the initiative to organize things yourself, and don't wait for ready-made plans.
• Strong communication skills—both internally and externally, in writing and verbally; you can explain complex issues in a simple way.
• Experience in the rental industry, mobility services, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
